Thank you for shopping with Proteinex. Below is our shipping policy outlining how and when orders are processed and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using reputable national carriers. Carrier selection is based on destination, service level, and package size.
Domestic Shipping
Proteinex currently ships within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@llorenspharm.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
