Protein Assistance Program

Purpose

The Protein Assistance Program (PAP) provides eligible patients with access to selected Proteinex products at reduced cost, to support ongoing nutrition therapy and clinical recommendations made by a licensed dietitian.

Eligibility Criteria

Patients must meet at least one of the following:

• Currently under the care of a licensed Dietitian or Healthcare Professional participating in the program.
• Has a clinical need for the product as part of a dietitian-directed care plan.
• Resides in the United States or Puerto Rico.

 Program Benefits

 Eligible patients may receive one or more of the following:

• Up to 40% discount on eligible Proteinex products.
• Continued discounted access for up to 3 months, renewable with dietitian verification.
